On the Menu: Blue Lemon Sponge Cake + Vanilla Bean Buttercream & Raspberry Compote
Overview: We will demo our Italian Buttercream recipe and then everyone will ice and decorate a 6” cake. Create chocolate fireworks garnishes and wow friends and family with the perfect centerpiece for your 4th of July BBQ!

Decorating Class
Date: Tuesday, May 20th
Time: 6 pm - 8 pm
Under the watchful eye of the professionals, hone in on your icing abilities! We want to spend some time and get back to the basics of buttercreaming!
On the Menu: Italian Buttercream(Demo) & Vanilla Sponge + Vanilla Bean Buttercream
Overview: We will demo our Italian Buttercream recipe and then everyone will ice and decorate a 6” cake. We will be sharing the tools and techniques we use to ice a perfect cake, and practice different textures and border piping designs.

Calling all chocolate lovers!! Our decadent chocolate cake is a client favorite.
On the Menu: Devil’s Food + Chocolate Buttercream
Overview: We will demo our devil’s food recipe and then everyone will ice and decorate a 6” cake. Learn to pour the perfect glaze, add gold leaf, and make chocolate shavings.
